Each month our cookery classes focus on a theme to explore why the dishes we will cook in each class keep us healthy.
We will find out how the nature of ingredients are understood by their energetics. We will discuss what they are understood to do and explore how and why food keeps us well.

Victoria was a professional chef for over 10 years following her training at the Cordon Bleu School of Cookery in the 1970’s. She worked in restaurants, film location catering and catering for private and corporate events in UK and abroad.
In the 1990’s Victoria was asked to recipe test over 100 recipes for Vivienne Lo’s cookery book ‘Secrets from a Chinese Kitchen’. Her appreciation and love of Chinese cuisine grew with every dish. She enjoys talking about and discovering food, cooking it and eating with others.
Victoria qualified as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner in 1997 and has developed a deep knowledge and understanding of food as a branch of Chinese Medicine. She works with acupuncture, herbal medicine, dietary therapy and Qi Gong. Her practice is in Marylebone London W1.
She is a qualified Qi Gong instructor and runs weekly classes in South London. Details can be found here
